How To Cancel Your Store

We’ve heard you want to cancel – we’re truly sorry to see you go. Our mission is always to help as many people as possible become aware of all the wonderful wellness treatments and solutions on offer (including yours). Steps to Cancel
Please head over to our Store User cancellation page to be walked through each stage of the cancellation process.
There are two stages to cancelling your store user account and membership contribution.
- Inform Us (Wellbeing Umbrella) that you wish to deactivate your store user account
- Cancel your membership contribution payment (monthly/yearly) through Stripe
Once we have received your request to cancel your store user account, we will deactivate your account within 28 days. Once deactivated, it will be deleted from the site after 90 days.
